Refund & Return Policy Bait Al Musk Perfumes
At Bait Al Musk Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Products purchased from Bait Al Musk Perfumes may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and inspection.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is a perfume/fragrance product purchased from Bait Al Musk Perfumes.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The item must include:
- Original packaging
- Unbroken seals
- All original tags
- Any included samples or accessories
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
International Orders
Products shipped internationally are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be eligible for replacement if there is a verified defect or error in the order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping
- Orders cancelled before shipping may be subject to a 2.5% payment processing fee (for prepaid orders).
- COD orders can be cancelled before shipping without any charges.
Cancellation After Shipping
• If the order has already been shipped, a courier fee of AED 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• Refunds will be issued as store credit or wallet balance.
• Wallet refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received and verified.
Important Notes
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Bait Al Musk Perfumes reserves the right to inspect and approve returns before issuing refunds or replacements.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
